We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays and only once payment is received and cleared in our bank account or cleared by our credit card processing companies (PayFast or Yoco). We ship all orders from Hermanus and offer the following options.

- Aramex (Door to Door)
- Postnet to Postnet (Counter to Counter)
All orders near or in major cities will generally arrive within 1 business day, remote destinations and Postnet can take as long as 3 days.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we change your order status to Completed.

We do not ship outside South Africa. International customers are welcome to send their own couriers to pick up orders from us.
We find that international clients that book their own courier enjoy up to 40% cheaper rates than if we ordered from the same company locally.
We can refer you to a private company we use from time to time with great success.
